فایلی مارکت یک مارکت‌پلیس محصولات و فایل‌های دیجیتال است و بخشی از محصولات توسط فروشندگان مستقل منتشر و عرضه می‌شوند. ثبت یا عرضه یک محصول در فایلی مارکت به معنی انتقال مالکیت فکری آن به فایلی مارکت نیست و هر فروشنده موظف است برای انتشار، فروش یا ارائه محتوای خود مجوز و حقوق لازم را در اختیار داشته باشد.
